Giving Life Room to Expand All Around, Within, and Beyond
Stepping Into Stillness
As I enter this new 365-page book—a journey with Life into the realm of 2025—I embrace the opportunity for a fresh start. This moment marks a new morning, a new day, a new chapter filled with fresh perspectives and intentions, allowing us to witness what we manifest during this time.
This year, I experienced my first New Year’s Eve co-resolution with my partner and am stepping into this first day with profound gratitude, true inner joy, happiness, and peace. My heart is filled with enthusiasm as I fully embrace this co-created reality. Instead of diving into our usual questions—those ponderings we've explored for several years while life shifted around us—we decided to pause. We chose to let go of the questions and simply allow things to be. This doesn’t mean we do nothing; it means we commit to doing our part and entrust the rest to God, Life, Divine Universal Intelligence, Love, to handle the heavy lifting. For those of us accustomed to getting things done, this resolution is not an easy one to embrace.
This year, I'm embracing a fresh start and new beginnings - something I aspire to do daily. Instead of overthinking and questioning, I'm choosing to pause and simply be. Practicing letting go and trusting the universe to handle things is something I believe I may begin to write about with frequency.
Stepping Into Stillness
Creating space for practice, stillness, nature.
In stepping into stillness, I'm opening myself to Life and allowing Its wisdom to guide me. I'm grateful for this simple resolution and the opportunity it offers to just breathe. Take the time to feel it resonate within me today, as it did just before sleeping last night. I know we are abundantly sourced and supplied by Life Itself, so therefore, I know I can let go and let God.
At a time when there always appears to be so much to do, I offer deep gratitude for the ease and rest of letting go and allowing this simple resolution to take hold. I am grateful for the time I am able to take today to breathe it in and feel it resonate within my being and for the opportunity to share it with you.
So there it is—my January 1 entry. Most likely, one of the shortest posts you’ll ever see from me.
Playtime
Creating outdoor meditation and reading space for warm days.
Creating indoor meditation and reading spaces; one for me and one for my friends to join me.
Creating lists and journal entries of the goodness life offers.
Enjoying ease in good company.
Enjoying simple things.
Enjoying simple moments.

Blessings!
As we embark on this year together, may we all create space for stillness and allow our lives to expand in beautiful and unexpected ways. Here’s to a year filled with healing, mindfulness, and transformation!
